Bid Center Benefits

As a member of the Willamette Valley Bid Center you will receive the following benefits: 

• A weekly updated newsletter (faxed, e-mailed or standard mail). 
• Access to the Plan Center During Business hours. 8:30AM– 4:30PM Monday thru Friday) 
• Nightly check-out of plans and specs. (With the exception of the night preceding the bid date. 
• Use of copier, large document copier and fax machine at reasonable rates. 
• Helpful staff to research projects you have heard about and would like to see at the Bid Center. 
• Access to our web site. This will include a daily updated list of plans available, addendums, bid dates, times, plan holders lists and advertising opportunities as well as links.
• An up-to-date list of plans on file. 
• A short description of all plans on file. Including the General Contractor or Engineer who is requesting bids. 
• All permits issued in the Linn and Benton Counties. Information includes the type of construction, site address, contractor or applicant, and their phone number (when available). 
• Bid results from previous plans. 
• A Plan Holders list for each project (when available). 
• Advertising opportunities.
